  • Has the right to demand that the Personal Data Controller restrict the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restriction of processing);

  • You have the right not to give consent to the processing of personal data when such data are processed or are intended to be processed for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent it relates to such direct marketing. In this case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such extension, together with the reasons for the delay. The Data Controller may not create conditions for the data subjects to exercise the above rights, except for the refusal to process personal data through direct marketing, when, in cases provided for by law, it is required to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of criminal offenses, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
